Access the Internet from the web browser of your mobile device and enter the following URL http://www.limtan.com.sg/mtrade. You may bookmark this URL for fast and easy access. There is no download of software required to trade via mTrade.

Q2 What is my User ID and Password? Back to top

The User ID and Password is the same as the Internet Login to your Online Trading Account. You may change your Password via mTrade or via the Internet Login.



Q3: Would changing my Password on mTrade affect my Password for Internet Login? Back to top

Yes. The Password for both the Internet and mTrade Login are the same.



Q4: What mobile devices are supported by mTrade? Back to top

You will need a mobile phone or mobile device with Internet connectivity and a web browser.

How do I ensure my orders have been submitted successfully? Back to top

You will need to check the Order Book which will display the Order Status. Please remember to select "Refresh" to ensure you get the latest order status.

Are my Internet orders linked to mTrade and vice versa? Back to top

Yes. All orders placed through the Internet via your Online Trading Account, V.A.S.T., or mobile device are consolidated into the same Order Book. You may review, amend, withdraw and place orders using any of our trading channels.

Price data on mTrade is on snapshot basis. Please click on ‘Refresh’ for the latest price information.

What are the commission and charges for trading via mTrade?

mTrade commission and charges, including the minimum brokerage are the same as per trading via our Online Channels.

Are there data charges for using mTrade on my mobile device?

Yes. There are mobile data fees charged by your telecommunication service provider. If you are using WiFi, fees may still apply. Please check with your respective service provider for the fees structure.
