Cryptocurrency-linked Exchange Traded Products (crypto-ETPs) carry heightened volatility and are generally deemed unsuitable for the retail public under prevailing MAS investor-protection principles. Consequently, online trading for identified crypto-ETPs is restricted on our platform.
Because global product offerings and classifications change continuously, our restricted list is reviewed on an ongoing basis and may not be immediately exhaustive. The firm retains full discretion over platform product availability, and the temporary availability of any product online does not constitute an exemption from our restriction policy.
In the event an unmapped or restricted instrument is inadvertently transacted online, the firm reserves the right to halt further trading, require immediate and full funding deposit to settle the transaction, or square off the position at the client's sole cost and expense.
