Terms & Conditions

	General
1.	Points awarding and redemption of limtan Reward Points ("Reward Points") or NTUC LinkPoints ("LinkPoints") is only applicable for Online Trading accounts. Restrictions may apply for certain online accounts and trading arrangements.

2.	Only self-executed online trades earn Reward Points/LinkPoints.

3.	Each account can only be enrolled to earn either Reward Points or LinkPoints. To be enrolled to earn LinkPoints, client must submit a photocopy of their own NTUC Plus!, Plus!, nEbO Plus!, Plus! VISA or NTUC Plus! VISA card to Lim & Tan Securities together with their Account Opening Forms. If account is already enrolled under Rewards Points, a photocopy of the abovementioned cards must be submitted together with a programme conversion form. 4.	Client is allowed only one switch of loyalty programme per year.
5.	Lim & Tan Securities reserves the right to reject any awarding of Reward Points or LinkPoints if the account holder is classified under delinquent or disputed status or any information provided is not correct or incomplete. The same also applies for Redemption of Reward Points or LinkPoints.

6.	If the Online Trading account is terminated at any time for any reason by Lim & Tan Securities Pte Ltd or by the Account holder, the Online Trading account shall NOT be eligible for the limtan loyalty rewards programme. All unused limtan reward points accumulated shall automatically be expired and will not be available for use by the Account holder.

7.	All redemptions effected are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash or another award.

8.	All Reward Points and LinkPoints are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

9.	Reward Points will expire three years from the date of issue. The expiry is based on a calendar quarter basis (e.g. Reward Points awarded in months of July, August and September 2006 will expire at the end of September 2009).

10.	LinkPoints earned will be expired at the end of the same year as per the Terms and Conditions under the Plus! Programme. Currently, NTUC Link is giving a six months grace period after the end of the same year for Plus! members to utilize the expiring points. 11.	Terms & Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the Management without prior notice.

12.	One Reward Point will be awarded for each dollar of brokerage paid to Lim & Tan Securities.

13.	Points will be awarded one working day after completion of a trade.

	limtan Reward Points Redemption

14.	Redemptions for SMS Alert, Streaming Market Depth and Thomson Reuters Info (SGX) are effective immediately. Contract redemptions will be processed within two working days. All other redemptions will be done on a monthly basis. Lim & Tan Securities Pte Ltd reserves the right to revoke and/or deduct any limtan reward points earned to the Online Trading account in its sole discretion in the event that the account holder fail to effect due payment.

15.	Product redemption cannot be done in part.

16.	There is a minimum requirement of 500 Reward Points for Contract Redemption. To redeem against a contract, please click here for the redemption guide.
	LinkPoints Awarding

17.	Five LinkPoints will be awarded for each dollar of brokerage paid to Lim & Tan Securities.

18.	Points will be awarded one working day after completion of a trade.

	LinkPoints Redemption

19.	Redemptions via LinkPoints for limtan services will be processed within two working days after submission through Plus! Redemption website.

20.	Additional 50% Bonus LinkPoints will be awarded for LinkPoints that are earned from trading with Lim & Tan Securities and redeemed for contract redemption only.

21.	For any redemption, additional 50% Bonus LinkPoints generated from previous redemption will be deducted first prior to any further generation of additional 50% Bonus LinkPoints.
