Please be informed that with effect from 31 March 2020 after market close, the following Fund's investment objective and strategy will change to seek daily leveraged, or daily inverse leveraged, investment results, before fees and expenses, from the current of 300% or -300% to 200% or -200%, as applicable, of the performance of its underlying index:

Please see the latest release from Direxion concerning 10 of their 3X-leveraged ETFs. While the securities will continue trading with under the same symbol, their structure is changing from 3X-leveraged to 2X-leveraged. All securities currently held will remain as the same quantity, the CUSIP will not be changing, however the effect on price of each security is unknown until it begins trading on Wednesday (1 April 2020).
