    3.    		 Existing Clients (Introducer)
    New clients' eligible trading account(s) must be opened from 1 June 2023 to 30 June 2024.
    Promotion is only applicable to Existing clients of Lim & Tan Securities Pte Ltd (LTS) who have an Online trading account(s). All Existing clients opening another New trading account are not eligible for this Promotion as Introducee.
    To qualify for the Promotion as Introducer and to receive S$200 Cash rebate, New clients must fulfil the following qualifying criteria below:
    i. Open an eligible trading account(s) within the promotional period:
    - Eligible Online trading account - Cash, CFD-SGX and Share Margin Financing (Lower Brokerage option)
    - Eligible Advisory trading account - Cash and Share Margin Financing (Lower Brokerage option)
    ii. Eligible Markets - Singapore Exchange, US, Bursa, Hong Kong, Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and CFD-SGX
    • NOT eligible for this Promotion: US and HK ATP trades
    iii. Complete at least 3 Trades* within 3 months from the commencement date of the first account being opened. Each Trade* is subject to the relevant minimum brokerage fees.

    3.    		 The qualifying period for an Introducer to introduce 3 New clients shall be limited to 3 months from the commencement date of the first New client being introduced or when the Promotion period ends, whichever is earlier. Introducer's reward is capped at 3 New clients per Introducer.
    Qualified Cash rebate will be credited into Introducer's trust account by the end of the following month given that the New client has fulfilled all the criteria under *Account Opening Promotion Terms and Conditions.
    LTS reserves the right to alter the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
    By participating in this Promotion, you have agreed to read and accept the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion.
    LTS' decision on any and all matters relating to or arising from this Promotion (including the eligibility of a client to participate in this Promotion) is absolute and final. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the Terms and Conditions on this website and those in any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to this Promotion, the Terms and Conditions on this site shall prevail.

    New Clients (Introducee)
    Please refer to the Account Opening Promotion for the full set of Terms and Conditions.
    All Existing clients opening another New trading account are not eligible for this Promotion as Introducee.
    It is the responsibility of the New client to ensure that both Introducer's name and account number are provided on the Account Application, failing which no rewards will be awarded to the Introducer.
