Troubleshooting for 2FA security device from Assurity - Device has run out of battery

If your OneKey device has run out of battery and there's no display, please contact OneKey Customer Care Centre at (65) 6566 3539 for a replacement. Upon receiving a new OneKey device, you are required to link your new token before use. Please refer to General 2FA FAQ, Q2 on the steps to link your token.
