On 11 June 2025, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) issued a FAQ on Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for Online Financial Services Platforms. In this FAQ, it states that 2FA will be mandatory and clients will not have access to their online financial services without 2FA. It is also stated that Financial Institutions must implement 2FA no later than 12 September 2025.
Compulsory 2FA From 12 September 2025
You will not be able to login without 2FA from 12 September 2025 onwards.
When you login via our website or our mobile apps (iPhone, iPad and Android), you will be required to register for 2FA first if you have not done so. You can register for 2FA via one of the following methods.
(1) SET UP VIA WEBSITE LOGIN FOR SMS OTP

(2) SET UP VIA MOBILE CHANNEL FOR LTS OTP (DIGITAL TOKEN)

(3) SET UP VIA EMAIL
To set up for LTS Email OTP, please click here (FAQ 5 of our 2FA FAQ).
If you have successfully activated 2FA and would like to update your mobile number and/or email address, kindly go to "Personal Configurations" followed by "Configure Alert" via the web portal.
