All clients are required to change their login password with additional verification.

In view of recent security concerns, we have added an additional security verification for change of password in the event of password expiry, for reissuance of electronic password or where password is received via physical pin mailer.

(A) When you select to update your password, you will be required to provide your current password and key in your new password twice for confirmation. This should be 10 - 12 characters (case sensitive and alpha numeric). Do NOT include any special characters or symbols.

(B) An additional validation will be required. You can provide either your date of birth in ddmmyyyy format OR the last 8 digits of the mobile phone number you have provided to Lim & Tan Securities.

- For Joint Accounts/Corporate Accounts, please key in last 8 digits of mobile phone number only.

(C) To complete the process, click on the "Update" button.
