13.Active Trader Program (ATP) is open to all clients who have an Online Trading account with access to the U.S. stock markets.
ATP Brokerage rate is applicable to quantities of the same counter bought and sold within the same trading day with a minimum of 2 U.S. Online intra-day contra trades.
For example, if 100 shares of Counter A is bought on Day 1, and 60 shares are sold on Day 1, only these 60 shares qualify for ATP rate. These will be counted as 1 U.S. Online intra-day contra trades for the purpose of determining the minimum 2 U.S. Online intra-day contra trades.
ATP Brokerage rate is applicable to trade value of up to US$30,000. Trade value (price x quantity) above US$30,000 will be charged the usual U.S. brokerage rate of 0.3%. Prevailing GST and other U.S. trading charges will also apply.
The ATP launch promotional S$50 limtan vouchers will be sent to qualifying clients by the end of the following month upon completion of their first 2 U.S. Online intra-day contra trades within the same day during the first 3 months of opening the ATP Account. This promotion is valid once per client.

For U.S. stock markets trade, there is no amalgamation of orders. Each fulfilled U.S. order will be treated as an individual contract and brokerage will be charged accordingly for each of the contracts. The same applies for U.S. sell orders.
For all qualified U.S. Online intra-day contra trades, only the final commission payable will be reflected on the contract note.
