How did you come to be a Mobile Broker at Lim & Tan?
I was a full time housewife before joining Lim & Tan. My children have grown up and I wanted to return to the workforce. I came across the Mobile Broker recruitment advertisement on the Strait Times and decided to give it a try.

What sort of training and support did Lim & Tan provide to get you started, as well as the resources to keep building your business?
The company organises training seminars where trading ideas and strategies are shared. It helps me to be able to advise my client appropriately and learn to identify clients' risk profile. I participate in road shows and seminars organised by the company for client acquisition. The extensive backroom support from Lim & Tan allows me to concentrate fully on running my business and servicing my clients.

What do you enjoy most about being a Mobile Broker?
My working hours are flexible and I am not confined in the office. No more overtime and meetings. The job has improved my work-life balance and I have more time for my family now.

Actually, it took me more than 10 years to have the courage to take up this role. I regretted for not doing so earlier.
